BLS for Healthcare Providers

• For individual renewal, UBMC in Roosevelt (45 S 200 W) offers BLS Renewal on the first and third Wednesday or each month.
• Ute Tribe EMS offers BLS renewals for groups >6 individuals.
• Gold Cross Ambulance offers BLS renewals for groups >4 individuals; singular class maybe available upon special request.

APFT/weight report

• Other officers in the area can witness/certify.

Healthcare

• Uintah Basin is not located near a military treatment facility (MTF) and most officers are considered under TRICARE PRIME REMOTE.
• To find a TRICARE provider visit TRICARE Network Provider.
• All services must be coordinated through a PCM.

CAC card updates

• Visit RAPIDS for appointments/locations – nearest locations are located in Salt Lake City area.
• Draper location has walk-in availability.

Uniform alterations

• Neighborhood Cleaners in Roosevelt and Vernal, UT.
• Other local tailors may also be able to alter uniforms if provided visual aids.

Rocky Mountain Commissioned Officers Association (RMCOA)

• Utah officers can join the RMCOA (annual dues $5).
